From the beginning we use ​intelligent subdiving systems ​to make sure each tract has ​maximum terrain ​advantages. using LIDAR and ​slope mapping to make sure ​each tract has a productive ​use case and suitable flat ​land on it. In addition, it ​allows us to maximize the ​number of tracts having ​access to water features. We ​can also leverage long ​forgotten road beds that are ​hidden to the naked eye ​under ground cover with this ​technology.

Designed and hand-built by Andy (Our beloved CEO) This AI ​device is a compact, portable computer utilizing a Raspberry ​Pi 5 mounted in a Pelican 1150 case. The computer is pre-​configured with the Orca2 LLM off-line AI model that runs in a ​standard terminal window. This AI functions much like ​ChatGPT or other popular AI models but it will operate off-line, ​on the computer itself and doesn’t need the internet to work. ​This model is highly focused on reasoning and is ideal for ​problem solving.


In addition to the AI capability, we’re including software ​defined radio hardware and software that would allow you to ​monitor a wide band of frequencies. Currently, you could use ​this to tune in to and listen to (when paired to a bluetooth ​speaker) radio stations, Ham radio operators, weather ​frequencies… etc. In an apocalyptic scenario, it could be used ​to find transmissions from others as there would likely be Ham ​radio operators out there.

Intelligent land layout

  • We use LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) scans of the land in order to know exactly what the shape and slope of ​the ground looks like.
  • This enables us to maximize the amount of usable land on each tract and to create features that would be ideal for ​things like water collection/solar panel installation/private, winding driveways/etc…
  • When you just ask the surveyor to split the land up, you usually get rectangles that don’t work with the land and often ​cuts some of the most attractive land features in half.

Background Checks | NO Credit Checks

  • We perform basic criminal background checks similar to those run for renting an apartment
    • This is for the basic safety of you and your neighbors.
    • Over the years, we have found that this process greatly reduces headaches for us and our customers.



Road building

    • Most of the roads within the developments will be private roads that will need to be owner maintained. Our goal is ​to leave the residents with a solid road system that will be easy to maintain. Many of our customers have come to ​us from other land companies where the roads were just roughed in, with no gravel and it was often impossible ​for them to get to/from their land in the wet seasons. That’s not good for anyone.

Excavation work

  • If our equipment is in the area, we offer excavation services to our customers (clearing, driveways… etc).
    • We’re usually cheaper than local competition and we’re someone you know.
    • We know the land. You don’t have to worry about a contractor crossing someone’s property line or causing runoff ​issues for neighbors/roads.
  • You can break the bill up into payments if needed.
